I know Easter is over but I have a serious question. What is it about an egg shaped treat that makes it taste better? I was telling Tom the other night that I would never buy an Oh Henry off the shelf, but when it’s shaped like an egg? Love.
I finished The Girl on the Train recently and Oh. My. God. I LOVED it! Best book I’ve read in ages. I was totally engrossed in it and read it every spare moment I had, then mourned when it was over. DO IT!
Tea time! We just bought Berry Poppins and I can’t get over how good it is iced! We also restocked some old faves: Lime Gelato, Birthday Cake and Pom Springs. Oh, and have you SEEN the Birthday Cake White Chocolate bar?! I’m so trying that.
In other drink news, now that Target is closed, finding my beloved La Croix is a full time job. The Dasani Sparkling waters are much easier to come by and the berry flavor is awesome.
Gladiator sandals! I found an awesome pair at Target right before it closed. They are always my favorite Spring & Summer shoe choice.
Remember when I gushed about the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel polish? I was looking for a nude for Spring and Birthday Suit is perfect. These polishes are fantastic.
Did you see that DQ has a new Blizzard menu?! They have four new flavors that look great; I tried and loved the Salted Caramel Truffle.
Coral anything. As soon as Springtime hits, I can never get enough. I love the Mac Cream Colour Base in Virgin Isle and I’ve been dabbing it on my cheeks & lips every day.
I’ve been looking for a lighter concealer with some brightening capabilities and decided to try Rimmel’s Wake Me Up. The formula is super light, easy to blend and definitely useful for making me look more awake.
Have you started grilling yet? Sweet Heat Asian Shrimp is on the menu for tonight. We’ve been dreaming about these all winter long.
One more thing: I’ve been doing a ton of searching for ways to work on my writing. I’ve been looking for courses and have signed up for daily writing prompts to make it more of a habit. I’m feeling really excited about it.
