Happy Monday to you! Here is this week’s meal plan:
Monday– Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken and Roasted Vegetables
I’ve made this chicken a million times. It’s awesome and goes with pretty much anything.
Tuesday– No Plan
Tom has wings and I am going to decide what I feel like that night.
Wednesday – Kale Taco Salads
How incredible does that look?! Mine will be a vegetarian version; Tom gets chicken with his.
Thursday–Turkey Noodle Soup
An old favorite. I have a Christmas turkey carcass frozen and I’ll be putting it to good use here. I plan to use rice or gluten-free noodles.
Friday– Date Night!
I’m not sure where we will end up but I’m hoping for Bonzzini’s. The last time we were there my brother-in-law had the most incredible brisket sandwich. He let me have a bite of it and I’ve been wanting my own ever since.
Saturday– Chili Dog Chili
This will be inspired by a recipe from Primal Cravings that we had while on our Whole30. I plan to add beans and maybe some shredded cheese on top. If all goes well I will share it here!
