We have A LOT going on this week (and my stagette is this weekend!!!) so I’m not assigning meals to specific days. Here’s what I’m making:
Grilled Steak (served with Roasted Vegetables and Honey Bacon Corn)
Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken (I always add smoked paprika)
Baked Shoestring Sweet Potato Fries (probably on the side of burgers wrapped in lettuce leaves)
Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry (using the leftover shredded chicken)
The Portable Western Omelets from last week.
This Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie. SO GOOD.
