My mom ended up in the hospital unexpectedly this week and I was trying to stick to the program while being constantly on the go. There was very little variety in my diet because I had no time to cook and we had my family staying with us, who weren’t eating Whole30. I became incredibly bored due to the lack of variety in my diet and stress made me want to break down and eat junk food. I also didn’t really have time to think about or keep track of how I was feeling, although I do know that physically I feel much better eating this way than I ever have.
