Week #5 Meal Plan


Monday- Scrounge Night!

I have an appointment right after work so I’ll just throw something quick together when I get home.

Tuesday- Gluten-Free Italian Pasta Salad

Tom’s at wings and I’m making one of my favorites. I’m going to do a pepperoni and feta combo with pesto dressing.

Wednesday-Family Supper

Tom’s parents are hosting us for supper this night.

Thursday- Brown’s Dragon Bowl Copycat

Fun fact: this is the most popular recipe on my site! It’s a great dish in its own right but over time I’ve gotten lots of new tips and tricks that I want to try. I’m going to do some tinkering to see if I can nail it down even further.

Friday- Loaded Veggie Nachos

Nachos are such a fun Friday night meal. I plan to load these up with black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion and lots of cheese. And if the man of the house complains too much, maybe some meat too.

Saturday- Mom’s Birthday Supper

I’m not sure what she is choosing yet!
