Monday- Green Smoothies

Let’s just say we needed something light and healthy after the weekend’s indulgences.

Tuesday- Gluten-Free Pasta and Broccoli

Tom has wings and I’m throwing together a gluten-free pasta dish with broccoli.

Wednesday- Spiral Ham and Roasted Vegetables

We had a huge spiral ham a few weeks ago and I portioned out some and froze it for an easy dinner. I’m roasting some veggies to go with.

Thursday- Chicken & Dumplings

My parents are having supper with us and I chose this dish because I think they’ll love it as much as we do.

Friday- Homemade Pizza Night

I’m using this crust.

Saturday- Dinner Out

Enough said!
