Monday- Grilled Chicken & Cheesy Broccoli Rice
Tom’s grilling chicken and I’m making my Cheesy Broccoli Rice dish sans chicken to go on the side.
Tuesday- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad
Tom’s at wings so I’m having an old favorite.
Wednesday- Crockpot Shredded Beef Sandwiches
This has been on my must-make list for too long so I’m finally giving it a try.
Thursday- Kitchen Sink Salads
I’ll throw in whatever we have on hand. I’m betting we’ll have some leftover shredded beef that will be useful here.
Friday- Dinner Out
Saturday– Pizza Night
