We had leftover sides so I just made some perfect chicken to go with.

Wednesday- Slow Cooker Shredded Beef
I’ll throw this on top of dinner salads.
Thursday- BBQ Chicken with Warm Roasted Vegetable Salad
This is probably the side I make the most from the blog. I even eat it as a main dish sometimes.
Friday- Baked Chicken Tacos
I’ve always wanted to try this! If we have extra shredded beef I’ll use it instead of chicken.
